Free Window PC Repair

Free Window PC Repair came in need early Sunday morning October 2007 when a customer in Scotland Yard had a pile of evidence to convict a dangerous criminal on the run who had evaded Police captivity for a number of years. A pile of information needed to profile his movements and possible current whereabouts were all on a single PC but not backed up and desperately needed to be reached but due to a crashed computer it was not possible.

Former IBM Engineer Mark McGlashan was the only man the Police felt confident to do the job and his request was made via PC Repairs London. Accompanying him self with a set of PC tools and various pieces of software and an up to date brain very current with today’s software and hardware changes and a solid background of the pass he set to work.

My first start was to backup the hard drive onto one of my spear drives once it had been identified it was spinning and it had not gone electronically or mechanically, upon successful completion of this task my next task was to strengthen my backup by yet again by making another backup of the complete contents onto DVD using my laptop burner.
Once these tasks were carried out successfully I set to work on Scotland Yards PC with my superior redefined techniques I was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and set out about repairing it in a step by stem approach.

I used a diskless Linux Live CD which runs entirely from the CD and the PC Ram using a cut down version which could identify the Xeon chipset but also requiring the minim system resources I was able to boot into a Linux Windows terminal and see all the data on the hard drive. After checking the drive it was clear the problem had existed in the MBR and I set out to solve this simply with a Windows XP start up disk and reversing the MBR process in my Free Window PC Repair once this was done my next step was to switch off the pc and reboot again and start in safe mode once in safe mode my next step was to reboot and do a full scandisk after going through all those steps the system was running perfect again.

This turned out to be a relatively simple job and above all a satisfied Policeman and a yet another successful job for PC Repairs London.
I truly believe any serious engineer should always ask him self what are the most effective tools and software to take on a job also before you dive into any job into any PC Repair always backup your data using your Free Window PC Repair with a Linux Live Distro.
